Peregrine Metals was sold to Stillwater Mining for US$487M in 2011. Extensive executive management experience with exploration programs in northern Canada.

Geologist and Exploration Manager for ASX-listed Dynamic Metals and Jindalee Resources (2021-present), Paladin Energy Limited (2009-2021), at Paladin, he focused on all aspects of uranium exploration and deposit evaluation in multiple jurisdictions including Labrador and was Exploration Manager from 2018-2021.

Andrew Stewart is a corporate finance and securities lawyer and a Partner in the Capital Markets and Securities Group at Cozen O’Connor, an AmLaw 100 international law firm. He has over 25 years of capital markets experience that includes mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity and debt financings, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions and public offerings in Canada and the United States. Mr. Stewart also has served as SEC counsel to several US investment banks. He has been a co-founder and counsel for several private and public companies and is one of the founders of North Shore.

Mr. Steele is an experienced metals and mining industry executive, director and advisor with extensive knowledge across public companies and capital markets. Mr. Steele was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Azarga Uranium Corp., a TSX-listed uranium development and exploration company, before it was sold to enCore Energy Corp. Mr. Steele currently serves as a director or advisor to a number of public companies in the metals and mining space. Mr. Steele also previously worked at SouthGobi Resources Ltd., a Mongolian-focused coal producer, where he worked in multiple senior finance and corporate development roles. Mr. Steele began his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he worked in both the audit and financial advisory practice.
